Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Domestic shipping times vary based on location, and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. 

For international orders, customers are responsible for customs clearance fees and any applicable import tariffs based on local regulations. GlowMera is not responsible for delays due to customs processing. 

2. return policy 

Articles are accepted for credit or exchange in the country where they were originally purchased if returned in saleable condition, provided that they have not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn and that all labels and tags are attached, within 30 days and accompanied by a sales receipt. A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. The refund to the purchaser will be in the form of the original payment method. Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit. 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply contact customer service for instructions on how to return your order for a full refund or email us at [your contact email] with the subject "Return." You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date of purchase or within 21 days from delivery of the original order. 

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

We accept all return or exchange claims within 30 days of receiving the products. You must contact us during this period. To be eligible for a claim, the product must be in its original package and unused, except in cases where damage occurred before delivery. We may require proof of purchase. Items discounted over 20% are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Gift cards are non-returnable.

nce your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to

your credit card or original method of payment within 2 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card bill. 

5. damaged upon arrival 

If your item(s) is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your item(s) for an exchange. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label that you can print at home, adhere to your parcel, and drop off at your nearest postal service location. Once we receive the item, we will re-send the proper item to you free of charge. Unfortunately, this is only available to our domestic customers at the moment. We only cover shipping for one exchange per purchase per customer.
